EASTER and other Spring Things

Well its hard to belive its already May! The weather here keeps hinting of summer, but some days I think its January again. We had a lovely Easter Day in April with Shaun's family here, and we ate lots of Easter food and played silly games outside. Colin had a garden full of cousins, an Auntie, an Uncle, and his Granny and Grandad, too. We had an Easter Egg hunt, a Guess-the-number-of Jelly-Beans-in-the-jar-game, and the biggest hit was the Egg and Spoon race, with different heats for the various ages. There were a few people who suffered disqualification, but we managed to award some prizes in the end. I hope we have another Easter party next year! We've been playing outside when possible, as we have a gorgeous garden, which is full of flowers at the moment and smells amazing. We hope to do some spring cleaning soon, and we're planning a vacation to France this summer, and some other small trips. No plans to visit the USA this year, sorry everyone over there, but we need a year's rest from a big vacation. Hope to make it over next summer though! Thinking of you all, The Kellys
